Honda has revealed another new compact crossover concept this week, just months after its small Vezel SUV hit the Japanese market.
Revealed at this week’s Delhi Auto Expo, the XS-1 showcases Honda’s new “Exciting H Design” language, described as a “human-centred” philosophy.
Although much of the XS-1’s styling could conceivably cross over to production, we shouldn’t expect the extra-long door and pillarless frame to make the leap.
And, despite its seemingly diminutive dimensions, the XS-1 boasts three rows of seating, including regular buckets up front and two bench sets in the back.
Details on the XS-1’s powertrains were not revealed, although the flat floor suggests an electric motor provides motivation (if there’s anything there at all).
Watch for the XS-1’s “Exciting H Design” to influence the look of Honda’s future models.
