Originally set to go on sale in Japan in late 2014 and then delayed until January 22, Honda's all-new Legend large sedan has been delayed once more as the automaker addresses quality concerns.

The Legend's radar-based anti-collision safety system and its petrol-electric hybrid powertrain are said to be the primary causes behind the delay, the second since the 2015 Legend was announced.

The new launch date is set for February 20, 2015, however an Australian launch is not expected to occur.

It's the latest in a long string of quality-related woes for Honda, with the brand being the hardest hit by the on-going Takata airbag recall with 9.5 million cars affected.
