Holden Malibu Will Not Be Replaced Ahead Of 2018 Commodore Arrival

Holden has announced that its midsized Malibu sedan will not be replaced once current stocks are exhausted.

And with production of the current-spec Malibu having ended, the model is effectively in run-out.

In a market segment that hasn’t seen much action for several years - the medium passenger car class - the Malibu has chalked up 680 sales so far in 2016.

Sales are down nine percent compared to the same time last year, and numbers for the Malibu are a fair way behind much of the competition.
