Holden has announced a recall for its RG Colorado ute and related Colorado 7 and Trailblazer SUV range (on sale from 2012 to present) relating to a missing safety label for jack assemblies supplied through Holden Service Parts Organisation (HSPO).

Although the jack itself is safe, the lack of an AS/NZS2693 compliant safety label could lead to incorrect usage of the jack, which may increase the risk of personal injury to the consumer.

Holden has advised owners to check for the presence of the warning label (mounted on the main body of the jack itself). In instances where the label is missing, the jack should be presented to Holden Dealer to have the correct label fitted.
