High-Riding Rolls-Royce Would Be ‘A Proper SUV’, Designer Says

It has been known for some time that Rolls-Royce is considering the introduction of a big new SUV model that would take on Bentley’s already confirmed 2016 offering.

Now, Rolls-Royce design chief Giles Taylor has confirmed that his team is sketching out concepts for the potential new model.

It’s early stages, however, with Taylor telling British magazine Autocar this week that the team is strictly assessing the project’s viability, not yet “grappling with three dimensions and proportions”.
