Great Wall Adds $2000 Rebate To Dual-Cab Pickup Models

Great Wall has moved to boost the appeal of its V series pickups this week, offering a $2000 "manufacturer's bonus" with all dual-cab models. 

Available until June 30, the rebate gives the petrol 4x2 V240 model a $20,990 'drive-away' price tag, while the diesel V200 4x2 variant can be had for $22,990. 

The deal also means that the V240 petrol 4x4 is effectively priced at $23,990 drive-away, and the diesel V200 4x4 is priced at $25,990 drive-away.

Regular drive-away pricing on the single-cab 4x2 petrol V240 remains unchanged at $17,990, while the V240 4WD and diesel V200 4WD are priced at $20,990 and $22,990 drive-away. 

Standard equipment includes leather trimmed seats, alloy wheels, air conditioning, steering wheel mounted controls, power windows and mirrors, and a CD/MP3 capable sound system.

All models promise a 1000kg payload and a 2000kg braked towing capacity.

The V series utes carry only a 2-Star ANCAP safety rating, with features limited to antilock brakes and dual front airbags, but lacking electronic stability control.
