Skoda’s VisionS concept has arrived at the Geneva Motor Show, previewing a new SUV model for the Volkswagen Group.

The concept previews the long-awaited large SUV - previously dubbed ‘Snowman’ - along with a new styling language for Skoda. The model is expected to wear the name ‘Kodiak’ in production. 

As previously reported, the VisionS measures 4700mm long, 1680mm high and 1910mm wide with a 2790mm wheelbase and seating for six in a 2+2+2 set-up.

Power comes from a plug-in hybrid unit using a 115kW/250Nm 1.4 litre four-cylinder petrol engine, matched with an electric motor which is incorporated into the six-speed dual clutch automatic transmission.
