Targeted at established rivals like the new Audi A4 and Mercedes-Benz C-Class, the G70 will feature rear-wheel-drive architecture, likely to be an adaptation of the platform that sits beneath the current Hyundai Genesis, itself to be rebadged as the Genesis G80.
