Ford Fiesta ST: Australian Launch Confirmed For September

Ford has confirmed its new Fiesta ST hot hatch will get an Australian debut in September, taking on the best of the light hot-hatch market. 

Arriving in three-door form, the ST will join the facelifted Fiesta range, due to launch at the same time. 

Power in the Fiesta ST is provided by Ford's 1.6 litre turbocharged EcoBoost four-cylinder petrol engine, delivering 134kW and 240Nm. With the 'Overboost' function in play, that climbs to 147kW and 290Nm.
