Ford Edge Gets 235kW Flagship

Ford’s new Edge SUV, revealed in June last year, can now be had in the US with a powerful 2.7 litre turbocharged petrol V6.

Introduced at the top end of the range this week, the new front-wheel-drive Edge Sport offers 235kW and 474Nm of torque, with fuel use listed at 11.2 l/100km.

As the line-up’s new flagship, the Edge Sport enters above the already powerful 183kW four-cylinder turbo and 212kW 3.5 litre V6 petrol options.
