Ford EcoSport Update Revealed In Geneva

Ford’s updated EcoSport compact SUV for the European market has been revealed at the Geneva Motor Show, bringing some notable changes to the overall package.

The refreshed EcoSport will now come standard for the first time without a spare tyre mounted to the tailgate, and the new rear styling reflects this change.

Buyers opting to go without a spare will instead get a tyre recovery kit, and the wheel-less tailgate - which now wears a new EcoSport badge - has been redesigned to allow for easier partial opening in tight spaces.

Engine options remain the same, but all powertrains now meet Euro 6.1 emissions standards and the diesel gains around 4kW or power.
