Final BMW M3 Coupe Rolls Off The Production Line In Germany

It may only be the result of a name change, but it's a significant occasion nonetheless: the final BMW Coupe to wear an M3 badge has rolled off the production line this week.

The M3 Convertible will continue to be manufactured until September - and the M3 badge will live on in sedan form - but future Coupe and Convertible models will now fall under the new 4 Series umbrella.

The last M3 Coupe brings down the curtain on a model that has been in production in since 1986.
