The final preview trailer for the sixth chapter in the 'love to hate and hate to love' Fast & Furious series has landed online today, revealing new scenes from the upcoming film.
The new film, titled simply Fast & Furious 6, reunites the franchise's growing ensemble cast, including Vin Diesel, Paul Walker and recent addition Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson.
The crew has "graduated to a whole new level" in the latest film, tackling a massive crime organisation against a European backdrop.
Press material for the new film suggests the crew might also, at last, be able to escape fugitive status and return home to their 'regular' lives.
"Hobbs (Johnson) has been tracking an organization of lethally skilled mercenary drivers across 12 countries, whose mastermind (Evans) is aided by a ruthless second-in-command revealed to be the love Dom thought was dead, Letty (Rodriguez)."
"The only way to stop the criminal outfit is to outmatch them at street level, so Hobbs asks Dom to assemble his elite team in London. Payment? Full pardons for all of them so they can return home and make their families whole again."
Despite the appearance of military tanks and Herculean freight planes, the new preview clip reveals a host of performance cars and tuned-up commuters - and all the requisite explosive action.
