Dodge Drops 6.4-Litre SRT V8 Into Durango SUV

Here’s another reason to lament the Dodge Durango SUV is not sold in Australia – a new SRT model.

Featuring the 355kW/637Nm 6.4-litre HEMI V8 engine, the awesome addition to the Dodge Durango lineup will be unveiled tomorrow at the Chicago Auto Show.

Dodge says the Durango SRT is the world’s fastest three-row, full-size SUV (with a 3.8-tonne towing capacity in North America). So fast in fact that North American buyers will be offered a full day of tuition at the legendary Bob Bondurant School of High Performance Driving.
