Citroen has upped the value stakes for its seven-seat Grand C4 Picasso, adding around $5000 in extra value in a promotion that will run for the rest of 2015.
From now until December 31, the Grand C4 Picasso will come with a free ‘Tech Pack’, which combines a range of safety and tech features.
Safety features included in the pack are adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning, collision avoidance alert and active seat belts.
Xenon headlamps with smart beam, an electric tailgate and more are also included in the Tech Pack promotion.
Other standard features for the Grand Picasso in Australia include a 12-inch panoramic high-definition screen, seven-inch multimedia touchscreen, park assist, satellite navigation and dual zone climate control with vents for second and third row passengers.
In announcing the promotion, Citroen reminded potential customers that the Grand C4 Picasso carries the maximum 5-star safety rating from both the Australasian New Car Assessment Program (ANCAP) in Australia and its Euro NCAP sister Program in Europe.
“With much of Australia preparing for their annual summer holidays we thought it a great time to give them a little more value for their dollar,” Citroen Australia’s National Sales Manager, Shaun Mackle, said
“The addition of the tech pack to the Grand C4 Picasso will provide motorists looking for safety and convenience a compelling offer ahead of the holiday motoring season, while the Citroen Confidence program will provide them with peace of mind via a leading warranty, service and support program.”
That warranty offers a full six years and unlimited kilometres in coverage, along with six years roadside assistance and a six-year maximum price servicing plan.
Pricing for the Citroen Grand C4 Picasso starts from $43,990, and the promotion runs until December 31.
