Citroen’s C-XR concept, unveiled at April’s Beijing Auto Show, has made its first production appearance in a series of new leaked images.
As expected, the already showroom-friendly concept has suffered few, if any, styling changes in the transition to production.
In concept form, the C-XR measures 4.26m long with a 2.65m wheelbase, making this new Citroen a player in the midsized SUV market where models like the Mazda CX-5 and Toyota RAV4 dominate.
Interestingly, the C-XR looks set for a Chinese debut as the C3-XR, despite being markedly larger than the Mitsubishi ASX-based Citroen C4 Aircross offered in most global markets.
