The coming new Buick Envision has surfaced online again, appearing just days after a private presentation in China.

The new Envision, which takes its name from a sleek concept revealed in 2011, is expected to launch first in China before hitting the US market sometime in 2015. Could we also see the new SUV in Australia?

Reports suggest the Envision will be offered in Europe under the Opel banner and, like the compact Mokka and Trax models, we could also see a Chevrolet version in some markets.

With Holden now again sourcing key models from its European stablemate (the Astra, Insignia and Corsa are returning to Holden in 2015), this new Envision could potentially debut here as a replacement for the ageing Captiva range.
