BMW X4 Bound For New York: Report

The production version of last year's BMW X4 concept could make its global debut at April's New York Auto Show, according to talk in the overseas press this week.

A new report with Autoweek suggests the X4 will launch in its final form at the New York show, debuting with a range of petrol and diesel engine options. 

Revealed at the 2013 Shanghai Auto Show, the X4 concept offered a first look at BMW's long-rumoured 'junior X6', and it is expected that little about its design will change in the leap to production.
