BMW M2 Spied At The Nurburgring

An especially wide and mean looking BMW 2 Series Coupe has been spied at Germany's Nurburgring this week, leading to yet more speculation that the oft-reported M2 is now a sure thing. 

Borrowing parts from the new M235i Racing model developed for track work, the hotted-up 2 Series can be seen wearing a wider and vented guard at the front and a pumped arch at the rear.

Larger cross-drilled brakes can also be seen up the front, peeking out from behind wider light-alloy wheels. 

At this stage, the coupe appears otherwise unchanged on the outside, although we can likely expect new bumpers to appear at both ends before production begins.
