Melbourne has a new home of Rolls-Royce with a sparkling showroom opening in Richmond taking the place of the previous Southbank showroom.
As part of the Zagame Automotive Group, Rolls-Royce nestles in alongside Lamborghini, Ferrari, Maserati, Aston Martin and McLaren as well as Audi, Alfa Romeo and Fiat on the same Swan Street strip.
As well as being Australia’s largest Rolls-Royce showroom, the Melbourne site also holds the title of the largest Asia Pacific showroom outside of mainland China.
The showroom itself features expansive north-facing frosted glass providing an ethereal glow across the six-car white-on-white vehicle display space upstairs, and a ground floor vehicle showcase located beneath
The starkly minimalist design blends into a luxurious Bespoke lounge where owners can take advantage of Rolls-Royce’s in-house vehicle customisation services, as well as housing a fully-serviced lifestyle-themed bar.
“Melbourne already accounts for almost one-third of economic growth in Australia and more than 10 percent of global UHNWI’s [ultra high net worth individuals] are slated to invest in Melbourne in the next ten years,” Managing Director of Zagame Automotive group, Bobby Zagame said.
“With this new lifestyle-themed facility, Zagame Automotive Group are well-poised to continue towards a prosperous and exciting future ahead.”
The purpose-built space, still undergoing its finishing touches at the opening event, houses a Rolls-Royce Ownership Services Centre with three dedicated service bays plus long-term parking for up to 15 customer vehicles.
To commemorate the opening of the new facility Rolls-Royce unveiled Australia’s only Dawn - Inspired By Fashion at the new showroom, with Michael Bryden, lead designer of customer one-offs, revealing the striking Andalusian White convertible with contrasting Mugello Red roof.
Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Melbourne is Victoria’s sole authorised Rolls-Royce dealership.
