Audi Q6 E-tron Preview Due For Frankfurt

Audi will offer buyers their first look at a planned rival to Tesla’s electrified Model X SUV at September’s Frankfurt Motor Show, a new report claims.

Audi has already confirmed that it will launch a new coupe-styled Q6 SUV in the near future, with an electric drive system expected to be the main power option.

According to industry paper Automotive News, the new electrified SUV will make its concept debut in September, ahead of a production premiere that should occur in 2017 or 2018.
