Aston Martin's new V12 Vantage Roadster has been revealed this week, following a series of leaked images that surfaced online earlier this month.
The Roadster's debut comes around three years after the launch of its coupe counterpart, giving V12-loving Aston buyers a new droptop option.
Apart from the requisite strengthening changes and the absence of a fixed roof, the V12 Vantage Roadster is largely unchanged from its coupe form.
Power is still provided by a naturally aspirated 380kW 5.9 litre V12, mated to a six-speed manual transmission.
Aston quotes a 0-100km/h time of 4.5 seconds, making the Roadster around three-tenths 'slower' than the coupe. Top speed is unchanged however, at 305km/h.
Mechanical changes include an adjusted rear damper arrangement and new rear spring design, along with retuned front and rear damper valves.
