Alfa Romeo Giulia Veloce To Star At Paris Motor Show

Alfa Romeo has outlined its intentions for the fast-approaching Paris Motor Show, with the midsized Giulia to hog most of the spotlight.

Specifically, the new Giulia Veloce will make its debut, sporting two new engine options and Alfa’s Q4 all-wheel-drive.

When launched, the Veloce will be available overseas with either a 2.0 litre turbocharged petrol engine making 209kW/400Nm or an all-alloy (a first for Alfa) 2.2 litre diesel unit which is good for 157kW/470Nm. Both are matched with an eight-speed automatic transmission.

Exterior feature exclusive to the Veloce variant with Sport Pack include new bumpers, gloss black door trims, a double exhaust pipe and optional 19-inch alloy wheels. A new Blue Misano paint finish will be available for the Giulia Veloce.
