2018 Suzuki Swift Sport To Adopt Turbo 1.4 – Report

Suzuki is expected to gift its Swift Sport hot hatch with a turbocharged powerplant when its all-new replacement arrives next year.

Due to appear in the latter half of 2017, Suzuki’s next generation Swift Sport will, according to a report in UK outlet Autocar, adopt a high-tune version of the Vitara S Turbo’s 1.4 litre turbocharged inline four (below), with outputs in excess of that car’s 103kW and 220Nm.
