New looks, new interior, extra technology and slight price rises – that’s the ‘skinny’ on Mitsubishi’s updated 2017 ASX compact SUV range which is now on-sale.

Most obvious is the new-look front-end which gains Mitsubishi’s ‘Dynamic Shield’ styling to get the ASX onto the same page as the larger Outlander and Pajero Sport models as well as an aerodynamic ‘shark fin’ antenna.

Entry-level LS models also add new front fog lights.

Inside, the functionality of the MMCS infotainment system – the fly-in-the-ointment with the superseded model – has been improved with new graphics as well as a new menu facilitating easier location of details and mobile telephone pairing.
