The updated Fiat 500 range has arrived in Australia, with a streamlined model range, more standard equipment, and rearranged pricing that sees the base model Pop sneak up by $1000, while the top-spec Lounge is up to $2000 cheaper.

As before both the hatchback 500 and sliding cloth-roof 500c are available, with the cabrio option adding $4000 to either the Pop’s $18,000 price, or the Lounge’s $21,000 starting bid.

On the outside, the facelifted 500 keeps its strongly retro looks, but scores restyled headlights and new LED running lights that illiminate with the same open-oval look as the zeros in the 500 badge (how’s that for detail!).
