Notch another one up to spoiled surprises: Nissan’s all-new Navara is now out in the open, thanks to a pair of photos that have surfaced online today.

The new shots, obtained by website Autoindustriya, offer the first clear look at the new 2015 Navara ahead of its scheduled June 11 unveiling.

Earlier teasers confirm that the new Navara will evolve the look of the current model, while borrowing styling cues from the new Pathfinder - a model that had, until the latest generation, shared its architecture with the Navara.

Today’s photos reveal what appear to be dual-cab and king-cab bodies, while a full tub can be seen with the brown king-cab model.

Nissan remains secretive on details of the new Navara’s mechanical package, although it is known the new model will stick with a ladder-chassis design.

Reports also suggest we can expect a lighter kerb weight than the outgoing model, which has been on the market since 1997 in D20 form and 2005 for the newer D40 body.

The new Navara is expected to share roughly similar proportions with the current model, while a Cummins-sourced 2.8 litre diesel engine has been reported as a replacement for the unit found in the D40.
