2015 Hyundai i40 Update Revealed

Hyundai’s midsized i40 for 2015 has been revealed this week, with both sedan and wagon picking up new styling and updated features.

The big news however is a shift from the current six-speed automatic transmission to a new seven-speed dual-clutch unit.

A six-speed manual is also available to overseas buyers, but Hyundai’s local arm deleted all manual i40 models from its range earlier in the year. 

The 1.7 litre four-cylinder turbo-diesel engine producing 100kW and 320Nm remains for overseas buyers, as seen in the outgoing model.
