Honda’s still-new fourth-generation CR-V will come in for a makeover in 2015, our new spy photos reveal.
Shown here with only the lightest of camouflage tricks, it is clear the updated SUV will limit its styling refresh to the usual front- and rear-end tweaks.
The updates include a pair of louvre grille bars connecting the headlights and Honda badge, above a newly open and mesh-filled lower section.
Mild tweaks to the foglight bezels also appear to be on the cards, although the same overall shape featured on the current model will carry over.
Changes at the rear-end are limited to updated tail-light lenses and a bolder, more three-dimensions garnish along the bottom of the rear window.
The interior of the updated 2015 CR-V has yet to be revealed, although we can likely expect revised materials and new trim options.
Honda’s new Display Audio system will likely also star, joining the CR-V after debuting with the new Odyssey and the coming Jazz.
The current CR-V’s 2.0 and 2.4 litre petrol and 2.2 litre turbodiesel engines are likely to carry over into the updated range.
Watch for more details to surface in the coming months.
