2015 Ford S-Max Revealed: Could We See This New People Mover In Australia?

Ford has unveiled its all-new 2015 S-Max people mover this week, ahead of next month’s Paris Motor Show.

Arriving on the heels of last year’s S-Max Concept, the new model debuts as a successor to the current model that first appeared in 2006.

As with that first-generation model, this new S-Max is expected to be kept from Australian showrooms, with European sales expected to begin in early 2015.

Styling for the new model builds on Ford’s recently refreshed styling language, with a large Aston-like grille and sweptback headlights dominating the front end.

The bulk of the seven-seater’s design remains loyal to its concept progenitor, with the show car’s rising belt line, tapered roof and wing-like tail-lights all transitioning neatly to production.
