2015 Fiat Ducato: Price And Features For Updated Load Hauler

Fiat’s Ducato load-hauler has been heavily revised for 2015, bringing improved fuel economy, new interior features and more ‘car-like’ cabin accommodation.

Power comes from the new 180 Multijet 3.0 litre four-cylinder turbo-diesel engine developing 130kW and 400Nm, which Fiat says is the most powerful in its class.

The 180 Multijet was introduced to Ducato customers in Australia earlier this year as part of a mid-cycle 2014 model update, but the engine has now been further refined for the new model.

Engine improvements - combined with a lower kerb weight - see fuel consumption improve from 8.0 l/100km in the outgoing unit to 7.2 l/100km for the 2015 cab/chassis model. Service intervals are a lengthy 48,000km apart.
