2015 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray Z06 Revealed In Detroit: 466kW On Tap

Chevrolet has finally revealed its almighty 2015 Corvette Stingray Z06 at the Detroit Auto Show, confirming most of the rumours that surfaced along the way.

The new Z06 will pack a 466kW and 861Nm punch from its (now confirmed) 6.2 litre supercharged V8 engine; figures close to those uncovered recently by a clever fan. 

Aside from its colossal power output, other engine features include direct injection, continuously variable valve timing and cylinder deactivation to save fuel.
