Volvo's XC60 SUV, one of the first models to evolve the brand's curvy new style, is about to pick up a facelift.
Revealed as a concept in 2007 and introduced to market in 2008, the current XC60 is closing in on the final stretch, but not before it gets one final makeover.
Spied in China, where Volvo owner Geely is based, the updated XC60 has been given a new front-end design and a number of other smaller tweaks.
Like the all-new V40 hatch, the revised XC60 does away with the narrow secondary lights next to the grille, replaced here with larger redesigned headlights.
The grille is also now longer and taller, and the front bumper has also been updated with a pointier snout and a V40-inspired air dam.
The front bonnet also takes on a more pronounced shape, rising higher than before and topped with a 'power bulge'-like centre feature.
