Toyota’s feature-stacked LandCruiser Altitude is back for its annual sale this month, accompanying word of a new sales milestone.
Marking the sale of the 300,000th LandCruiser, Toyota says this latest Altitude model adds more than $5000 in extras above the GXL model, while attracting a $1505 premium.
Limited to 600 examples, the V8 diesel-powered LandCruiser Altitude borrows features from the higher-spec VX and Sahara, including 18-inch alloy wheels and low-profile tyres, front fog lamps and five colour options.
In the cabin there’s black leather-accented interior, premium-wrapped steering wheel and gear-shift knob, power front seats and a cool box.
There's a 6.1 inch display with satellite navigation and a reversing camera, and like all LandCruiser models, there's also Multi-Terrain ABS, Toyota's CRAWL off-road cruise control system and Trailer Sway Control.
Eight airbags are standard, and a 5-Star ANCAP safety rating applies.
Offered with Toyota's 195kW twin-turbo V8 diesel and automatic transmission, the LandCruiser Altitude is priced at $91,220 plus on-roads (down from last year’s $92,165).
