April usually brings chocolate eggs and the Easter Bunny, but this year it also brings two of the year’s most significant motor shows.

This week, the doors will be thrown open to the public for the 2014 New York International Auto Show; a show that has been running since 1900.

Besides the new models and concepts on display, New York will also host the World Car Of The Year awards, with the Mazda3, Audi A3 and the BMW 4 Series shortlisted for the title.
