The all-new Mercedes-Benz S-Class has surfaced online once again, this time in the form of a revealing new leaked press image.
The glossy marketing shot arrives on the heels of spy photos obtained by TMR in April that gave away much of the new limo's styling, with only light camouflage obscuring the finer details.
Merc's familiar large grille dominates the face of the new S-Class, flanked by large headlights and, in this up-spec example, a broad sports-styled bumper.
A set of official interior images has also appeared online in recent months, revealing a sumptuous new cabin design that Mercedes will hope to woo Rolls-Royce and Bentley customers with.
Technologies in the new S-Class will include new petrol and hybrid powertrains, a new 9G-tronic nine-speed transmission and a number of segment-first safety systems.
Among them, a new autonomous steering system that will - in certain situations - allow the driver to become a passenger, surrendering control to the car's computer.
Mercedes also promises a top-shelf Burmester audio system with an all-digital 12.3 inch high-resolution dual-view display in the dash, along with an advanced dual-zone Air-Balance cooling and heating system.
Watch for more details on the new S-Class to be revealed in the coming weeks.
