Mercedes-Benz has boosted the appeal of its flagship S-Class model in Australia, adding four new variants to the local line-up. Three new long-wheelbase models are now available from the German carmaker, along with the efficient S 300 BlueTEC Hybrid.


Mercedes-Benz has boosted the appeal of its flagship S-Class model in Australia, adding four new variants to the local line-up.

Three new long-wheelbase models are now available from the German carmaker, along with the efficient S 300 BlueTEC Hybrid.

The S 300 BlueTEC uses a 2.1 litre four-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine, matched with an electric motor and seven-speed automatic transmission to return an official fuel figure of just 4.5 l/100km.
