2014 Mazda3 Sedan On The Way, Hybrid Model Planned For Japan

UPDATE July 1 2013: Mazda has released a first teaser image for its upcoming Mazda3 sedan. 

Mazda's new Euro-styled Mazda3 hatch will be joined by a sedan sibling in the coming months, although specific timing is still to be confirmed.

Speaking at the Melbourne unveiling of the new 2014 3 hatch this week, Mazda representatives would confirm only that a four-door model would debut "very soon". 

And, while details of the new bodystyle are still to be revealed, a series of leaked hatch and sedan concept images obtained early last year preview one key angle of the new model. (See below)
