Honda’s UK-sourced Civic hatch has come in for a 2014 update this week, gaining new features and a revised suspension package.
The upgrades have brought a modest price increase across the range however, with each of the hatch models now up by $1000 over the 2013 line-up.
The range now kicks off at $21,650, making the hatch between $2160 and $160 more expensive than entry models in the Corolla, Mazda3, Golf, Focus and Cruze lines.
The Thai-built Civic Sedan remains a more affordable option however, priced from $19,490 with a range upgrade in October last year.
