Mazda's all-new Mazda6 was revealed in sedan form late last month, but the wagon had remained under wraps until today - officially, at least.
The Mazda6 Touring had already been previewed in early August, appearing 'in the metal' at a ceremony in Japan to celebrate production of the new car.
Now, Mazda has released a gallery of images revealing the new 6 Touring in greater detail, offering a look at both ends of the new wagon.
Specific details for the wagon - such as storage space - are still to be revealed, although we can expect the mechanical package to mirror the sedan model.
International engine options will include the direct-injected 2.0 litre SkyActiv-G petrol engine, producing 110kW at 6000rpm and 210Nm of torque at 4000rpm.
A larger 2.5 litre SkyActiv-G petrol engine will also be offered, delivering a heftier 141kW at 5700rpm and 256Nm at 3250rpm.
The new 2.2 litre SkyActiv-D diesel will also be on offer - tested by TMR last year - offering 136kW and 420Nm of torque.
