2013 LEXUS LS REVEALED

A handful of revealing new images for the upcoming 2013 Lexus LS sedan have surfaced online this week, with the car's official unveiling now less than two days away. 

Obtained by enthusiast website ClubLexus, the images offer an unadulterated look at the new car's exterior styling, in LS 460 and F Sport form.

These images also reveal that the 2013 LS is more of a comprehensive overhaul of the current generation, rather than an all-new model.

The standout styling change comes in the form of Lexus' new Spindle grille, along with a new F Sport front bumper.

The front end also gains new GS-inspired headlights, featuring a unique perforated panel beneath the bi-xenon projectors.

Adding credence to the leaked images is a a promotional video released earlier this year, revealing a series of silhouetted Lexus faces. Only one could not be accounted for: a car identical to the model shown here.

At the rear end, the 'new' LS gets updated lights with a new design for the internal LED layout.

The part of the tail-lights that reaches into the boot lid has also been reshaped, now angled toward the top right instead of the bottom right.
