The top-shelf Overland specification in Jeep's Grand Cherokee line-up is now available with the carmaker's 3.6 litre Pentastar V6 petrol engine.
Priced at $65,000 (plus on-roads), the V6 petrol Grand Cherokee Overland enters beneath the existing petrol V8 and diesel six, both priced at $69,500.
As it does in the Limited and Laredo grades, the Pentastar-powered Overland offers 210kW of power and 347Nm of torque.
Matched with a five-speed sports automatic transmission, fuel consumption is listed at 11.0 l/100km. Braked towing capacity is listed at 2268kg.
Standard features in the petrol V6 Overland include ash wood and Nappa leather trim, Alpine audio with nine speakers, subwoofer and 506-watt amplifier.
