2013 Jaguar XFR-S Hits The Net

The run of leaked LA Auto Show unveilings continues this week with revealing new images of Jaguar's potent XFR-S super saloon.

Shoving aside the already muscled-up R, the big blue R-S sedan will become a new performance flagship in the Jaguar range, alongside the XKR-S coupe and convertible. 

The XFR-S gets a big hole-filled bumper up front, while the rear-end gets a tweaked version of the XFR's bumper. No matter, as rivals in the rear mirror will be staring at the big boot-mounted carbon wing. 

The big cat swaps out the chrome highlights for a muted black look, and a new split six-spoke wheel design is also in play. 

Technical details are still to be revealed, but expect the XFR-S to get the same 405kW supercharged 5.0 litre V8 powering the XKR-S - a neat boost over the XFR's 375kW output.
