Honda Australia has announced the release of the updated Odyssey people-mover, bringing new standard features, and price cuts across the range.
For 2012, the base-model Odyssey picks up a few features from the Luxury model, including a multi-function touch-screen satellite navigation system with USB, iPod and Bluetooth connectivity, live traffic updates, SD card map updates, and a DVD player.
Also standard for 2012 are a reversing camera, the Ecological Drive Assist Program, and steering-mounted gear shift paddles.
Mechanically, the Odyssey range remains unchanged, with power provided by a 2.4 litre four-cylinder petrol engine, producing 132kW and 218Nm of torque.
Paired with a five-speed automatic transmission, fuel consumption is listed at 8.9 l/100km.
Pricing
The base-model Odyssey is now priced at $37,100, down by $2000 compared to the previous model-year.
The Luxury variant remains unchanged in its specification, but is now priced at $44,920, a reduction of $1000.
