Holden has dressed up its Colorado ute.
The Aussie brand has launched a limited edition LSX version of its Colorado ute that is based on the entry-level LS variants.
Due to arrive in showrooms from mid-March, the LSX is restricted to 800 dual-cab variants and 200 crew cab chassis models.
The LSX dual-cab differentiates from the LS models by adding 18-inch black alloy-wheels, matte black sports bar with Colorado branded plate inserts, black fender flares, soft tonneau cover and front grille. While the cab chassis model adds the alloy wheels, all terrain tyres, black fender flares and a heavy-duty aluminum tray.
Pricing for the LSX starts at $44,990 driveaway for a manual dual-cab, with an automatic transmission adding an additional $2200. Standard LS variant dual-cabs are priced from $44,990 before on-roads while cab-chassis versions are available from $43,490.
Holden is also adding an additional sweetener of free servicing for three years, five year warranty and five years roadside assist for all LSX models bought before March 31.
The Colorado LSX is powered by the brand's 2.8-litre four-cylinder turbocharged diesel unit making 147kW and 500Nm.
