Perhaps one of the best things about owning a sports car is knowing that the people who created it, the engineers and designers, share your passion.  Sure, it's the bean-counters who are often responsible for the difference between a great car and a car that merely looks great (if that). But to this writer, there’s nothing better than a manufacturer who believes in their performance products, and embraces its die-hard fans.

From its yearly SevenStock event hosted at its headquarters in California, to its one-make MX-5 Cup, Mazda USA is a solid example.

The company’s website has a sub-section called Meet The Tuners, and in there is a selection of some of the nicest owner Mazdas going around, new and old alike.  If there’s a slicker example of the classic RX-4 than Juni Asuncion’s, this writer hasn’t seen it.
