We had high hopes for the 100th anniversary Bugatti Veyron Bleu Centenaire. Rumours suggested the Bleu would come packing over 1000kW (1340hp) and be capable of over 436km/h (273m MPH).

Alas it was not to be, with the Bleu Centenaire confirmed as yet another paint-and-trim only special edition.

Now, enter the Mansory Linea Vincera Bugatti Veyron. It's not the Super Bug we've been waiting for, but it does come with a few extra herbs, in addition to the obligatory cosmetic work.

Mansory's Linea Vincera Veyron receives a revised cold-air intake and exhaust system to coax another 6kW (8hp) and 60Nm (43 lb-ft) from the 8.0 litre 16-cylinder quad-turbo engine.

Final figures now sit at 827kw (1109hp) and 1310Nm (956 lb-ft).

Unfortunately, no information has been offered on how this affects the Bugatti's top speed or standing start times.

Styling changes include a new front bumper, shortened bonnet, a revised grille featuring Mansory's 'V' insignia, bigger air outlets at the rear and sides, forged wheels and LED daytime running lights.

Carbon-fibre is the material of choice, saving weight and looking fantastic.

The party continues inside the cabin. Carbon-fibre trim now adorns the instrument panel, centre console and door handles, while LED lighting has been fitted to the seats, dash, and door linings.

You can put your order down at Prestige Cars in Abu Dhabi if you're interested and, unsurprisingly, a price has not been revealed.

We'll keep an eye on Geneva in the hopes that there's one more, much faster, Veyron to be revealed.  Stay tuned.
