Mahindra Pik-Up End-Of-Model Sale Now On

We said back in August last year that the Mahinda Pik-Up is honest-buying for the money (it is very inexpensive). Now, with Mahindra announcing ‘on sale’ prices for the Pik-Up range, it is even better buying.

As part of an end-of-model run-out sale, the Pik-Up range – which includes 4x2 and 4x4 platforms in cab, single cab and dual cab configurations – now starts at $16,990 plus on-roads.

Claire Tynan, CEO, MAA said, “We will be making an announcement shortly about our model plans, so this is the perfect time for Australian drivers to get an even better value for money workhorse ute that’s build for the toughest jobs out there.”

The Mahindra Pik-Up features a 2.5 litre intercooled common-rail diesel turbo diesel, designed with Aussie weather and landscape in mind.

Standard features include a limited-slip differential in both the 4x2 and 4x4 platforms, as well as air conditioning, automatic hub locks, power steering, power windows, remote central locking.

Tilt steering, foot steps, fog lights, front and rear demisters are also standard across the Pik-Up range.

For security, the Pik-Up features an alarm and immobiliser. Keyless entry is also standard.

To get through the daily grind between jobs, the standard sound system includes MP3-compatible CD player and radio, as well as USB and SD memory slots.

Ms. Tynan comments, “The Pik-Up has proven to be popular amongst savvy farmers and tradesman.

We have had some customers tell us that they can purchase two vehicles for what they were planning on spending on one, which in these economic times is a much needed saving to their business.

The Mahindra Pik-Up run-out sale is on until March 31st 2009.
