Lingenfelter 2010 Camaro Engine And Body Kit Upgrade Details

Lingenfelter is well known for taking already muscled-up rides and pumping them with steroids to create absolute monsters.

Chevrolet's new Camaro is the latest to receive the full Lingenfelter treatment, with the tuner releasing details on a range of engine upgrade packages.

An all-new and extremely aggressive body kit is also in the works.

Kicking off the engine upgrade packages is a 410kW (550hp) kit that adds a supercharger, cat-back exhaust, air intake and engine tuning among other things.

From there the power figures rise rapidly topping out with the 597kW(800hp) kit. This package sees the complete removal of the existing engine which is replaced with a twin-turbo 7.0 litre LS7 V8 that provides almost 1100Nm (800lb-ft) of torque.

According to Lingenfelter, the upcoming body kit (pictured) will include a new front bar and splitter, grill, and a bonnet with air extractors up front. A new rear spoiler, tail-light panel, and rear bar extension to house quad tailpipes, will round out the package.

It's reasonable to assume that high-powered cool of the Lingenfelter kind is going to cost big bucks, but for now exactly what the various upgrades will cost is under wraps.

Lingenfelter 2010 Camaro Body Kit

Lingenfelter will be offering body enhancements for the new 2010 Camaro later this summer.
