The stylish Lexus LF-Xh, first revealed late last year in Tokyo and slated to replace the still-sexy but ageing RX, is expected to be previewed once more at the Paris Motor Show before going into production in 2009.

The concept will carry its Lexus Hybrid Drive engine through to production, giving it not only great looks but some peace of mind at the fuel pump as well.  In fact, the word on the street is that Lexus does not even plan to include a regular petrol engine in the range.

Lexus claims the LF-Xh combined with the Hybrid Drive offers "superior environmental and power performance", seeking to "achieve outstanding driving performance, quiet operation, high fuel efficiency, and low emissions."  You know, the usual fluff.  It's certainly a good looking SUV though, and a fitting successor to the popular RX model.
